As an Administrative Navigator, you will be responsible for steering our team through the vast seas of administrative tasks while keeping spirits high and ensuring smooth sailing for all. Your primary responsibility is to also represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and Process signed proposals.
- Schedule production appointments daily.
- Manage reports, communicating with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
- Data entry and filling
- Distribute Work Orders to each division.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Detail-oriented. in a fast paced environment.
- Accurate data-entry and typing skills.
- Teamwork-oriented to support team members.
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptability and accountability
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Call center experience with telephone systems and technology
- Strong and accurate typing skills
- Strong communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $17.50 an hour with added commission plan
