The Director of Civil Engineering will be a key member of the leadership team of civil engineering services for PBK’s statewide operations. You will regularly interact with PBK’s senior architectural management and prospective external clients and oversee project team performance and overall client satisfaction

 

Your Impact:

• Establish divisional goals and growth strategies that will allow the civil engineering division to serve nationwide PBK offices
• Maintain a strong culture of client service and innovation within the civil group that is modeled after PBK’s core ideologies
• Ensure that all projects are subjected to a thorough QA/QC review process
• Participate in all state-wide strategic planning sessions with top California leadership
• Monitor project performance standards, accountability, and efficiency
• Manage the financial performance of the division with respect to staffing and profitability
• Collaborate with the HR department to establish a plan of action to attract top-level talent

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State
• 15+ years of professional experience in engineering, including management experience
• Notice of Commencement (NOC) site development
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Extension experience working in site and land development
• Client-oriented personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
