Inventory Analyst / ASTRO Clerk
Job Purpose

The Inventory Analyst will oversee inventory cleanup within our Put-Away and Shipping department. This individual will work with leadership and the Inventory Control team to correct inventory disputes. The right candidate will be a quick learner that adapts to their environment quickly and has strong problem-solving skills. The right candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual who can multitask between numerous tasks while working efficiently.
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Shifts:
There are two shifts available for this role:

• 1st Shift
• ​Off-Peak: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Peak: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift
• ​Off-Peak: 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
• Peak: 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month. Work hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.


Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties

Responsibilities:

• Monitor open ASTRO requests and collaborate with the contact center to resolve issues promptly
• Perform inventory adjustments, coordinate with Shipping/OM leadership, run zero-bin reports, and clear aging orders using 916 reports
• Track transfer order reports (OST-POS, 902-POS, 999-POS, 904-POS) to ensure timely inventory flow and order fulfillment
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies and floor issues to department leadership
• Proactively recommend and support process improvements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment daily
• Provide cross-functional support across warehouse operations as needed


Minimum Requirements:

• Prior SAP experience is a plus.
• Initiative, adaptability, and patience are a must within the role.
• Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
• Must be problem solver
• Must have basic computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office
• Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Microsoft Excel experience is required
• Must be proficient in English. Must be able to read, speak and write in English.

Other Physical Requirements:
• Vision (Near, Distance, Peripheral) and ability to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to be machine certified
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Must be able to lift, push and or pull 50lbs
• Must be able to walk for long periods of time
