Documentation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Providing documentation support and oversight for clinicians
• Review clinician documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Provide onboarding training and individualized support for clinicians on documentation and assess for competence
• Develop and deliver trainings on documentation
• Attend all necessary team meetings, and engage in collaboration with team members
• Opportunity to maintain a caseload of behavioral health clients

The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior technology capability, be a self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team with excellent follow up skills.  Master’s degree in a mental health field and previous experience in an OMH or OASAS facility required. This full time position is located in Brooklyn, includes a competitive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
