Role Description

Form Energy is hiring an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead the 24/7 operation of our electrode manufacturing team. This role reports into our Director of Manufacturing Operations. As part of our team, you will work with our production teams and advanced manufacturing teams to scale manufacturing operations for our breakthrough technology.

This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

• Build a strong, motivated production team capable of delivering on key milestones

• Build a culture that prioritizes safety and product quality while meeting production targets

• Drive issue resolution for the manufacturing process through facilitating RCAs and continuous improvement activities with production and support teams

• Ensure production teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas 

• Provide feedback to product design and advanced manufacturing teams for future products or line equipment/processes.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing teams of people in a high volume manufacturing setting

• 10+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline and/or equivalent experience

• Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics/KPIs

• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills
