Key requirements/What we hope you bring: 

Allianz Consulting seeks candidates with a sense of curiosity and ambition who can excel through collaboration. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
• 6-8 years of experience in client-facing management consulting and/or corporate strategy
• At least 5 years of consulting and/or operational experience with an emphasis on Commercial/Specialty insurance
• Solid Commercial/Specialty insurance market knowledge and experience with key business processes
• A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services
• Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development
• Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Exhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goals
• Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staff
• Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving
• University degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institution 
• Outstanding communications skills:  Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables
• Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
