Responsibilities

Job Summary: Job Summary Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:• Writes schedule for maintenance partners.• Assists in training of new maintenance partners.• Writes daily job lists for maintenance partners.• Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Service Director/Manager.• Provides superlative customer service.• Sweeps, mops, and polishes store floors.• Cleans restrooms.• Continually empties trash receptacles throughout store.• Assists Service Director/Manager with supervision of 3-5 employees. 5+ years 5-8 years of related experience - Required

Supervisory experience - Preferred

Previous Maintenance experience - Preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment - Required

Education: Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
