As a Kitchen and Bath Remodel Craftsman, you provide exceptional service to Striking’s customers by completing jobs given on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality. In addition to being excellent at framing and tile setting, you exhibit good judgment, high ethical standards, good oral and written communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Essential Job Duties

• Ability to manage a project from start to finish
• Customer satisfaction and company representation
• Complete projects safely, profitably, and on schedule
• Job-site protection and cleanliness
• Tile setting, drywall finish, painting, pouring shower pans, crown molding, base molding, installing pre-hung doors, setting cabinets, and all-around carpentry skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional craftsman or remodeling experience
• High school diploma, or GED
• Basic concepts in construction
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Experienced with hanging drywall, texturing, and painting
• Must be able to perform the reasonable physical requirements of the position, including lifting 75 pounds
