To join CLEAResult as a Senior Software QA Engineer! As a Senior Software QA Engineer you are part of the IT delivery team and roll out internal products to clients for Energy Efficiency programs!

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 times a week in office for candidates in the Greater Atlanta Area. Candidates must be based in the Greater Atlanta Area or Eastern Time Zone to be considered.

In this role, you will…

• Develop, implement and maintain test automation frameworks

• Introduce and recommend enhancing the Quality Assurance Framework by bringing knowledge of industry best practices.  

• Work closely with the project team to lead the development and execution of test strategies, test plans and test scripts

• Formalize testing procedures and utilize the established communication channels to solicit and provide feedback on the QA process

• Review project requirements and determine the scope of QA processes

• Track, analyze, and record all deviations from documented software functionality or product requirements

• Report critical issues to project leaders and work with developers to resolve all issues

• Lead the selection of tools/software used in the QA and automation processes

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing

• Review all QA/UAT documentation for technical accuracy

• Coach junior QA Engineers

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you have…

• A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years equivalent experience

• 7+ years of Software Testing/QA experience

• Experience in developing test scripts and test automation on a variety of operating systems and database platforms

• Experience leading demos to internal and external clients

• An in-depth knowledge of industry-standard quality assurance methods

• Experience testing Salesforce, ETL, CMS, PaaS, and eCommerce technologies

• The ability to manage the QA Phase for multiple concurrent projects

• The ability to lead and partner with offshore testing team

• Solid group facilitation and communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology

Target Compensation:

$90,000 - $97,000 / year

Compensation Range

$77,700.00 - $116,600.00
