JOIN THE CAUSE

Tapcheck, an award-winning fintech company that provides employee benefits of earned wage access and financial education, is seeking a Program Manager for their AI chatbot. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of a new AI chatbot technology that will enhance user experience for Tapcheck clients and increase efficiency for the company. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of an AI chatbot tool that meets user needs and expectations.
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to develop a product roadmap and manage project timelines.
• Define and execute testing processes to ensure AI chatbot is optimized for accuracy, clarity, and speed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure the AI chatbot integrates with other products and systems.
• Design and develop templates of chatbot interactions for various customer inquiries.
• Develop strategies for scaling and optimizing the use of the AI chatbot to increase financial impact
• Analyze and report data to measure the AI chatbot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably within a high-growth tech company
• Experience launching conversational AI product that has been used by end users
• Experience using Netomi, or related tool
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on it
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience

Compensation: $110,000 - 120,000. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills.
