Jr. Technical Product Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Jira Triage:
  • Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets
  • Ensure clear and concise descriptions for each issue
  • Attach relevant context (logs, screenshots) to tickets
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies
  • Assess ticket priority and impact
• Technical Documentation:
  • Contribute to product-related technical documentation
  • Document processes, workflows, and backend system details
• Assist Other Technical Product Analysts (TPAs):
  • Work closely with senior TPAs to learn and iterate on best practices
  • Support data analysis and insights gathering
  • Help monitor product performance metrics

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience; OR 6 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and technologies
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile principles and ceremonies

The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
