What you’ll do Own the end‑to‑end experience and the platform
  • Define the product vision and roadmap across the full journey
  • Build and evolve the underlying capabilities and APIs
  • Integrate with core systems: eCommerce/checkout, payments, fulfillment (pick/pack/stage), and partner platforms.

  • Ensure the experience is intuitive, inclusive, and accessible; establish design standards and component reuse across surfaces.
Scale from pilot to nationwide
  • Pilot design & learning agenda: Define hypotheses, test markets, customer segments, assortment/weight constraints, and clear success metrics; codify learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Capacity & network planning: Define capacity models, throughput objectives, and operating windows by market; plan inventory, assortment eligibility, and promised speed tiers.
  • Vendor/partner integration at scale: Establish standardized technical interfaces, sandbox/test plans, and rollout criteria; streamline onboarding and versioning for partners.
  • GTM & adoption: Partner with business teams on positioning, pricing & fees, promo strategy, CRM/notifications, and in‑app education to drive awareness, trial, and repeat.
  • Launch playbooks & SOPs: Partner to standardize market enablement (site readiness, staffing/training, packaging, staging), handoff flows, and issue resolution processes; create self‑serve guides for field teams.
Align stakeholders and drive execution
  • Lead Product, Engineering, Design, and Business partners (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance) through clear OKRs, PRDs, and delivery plans.
  • Drive cross‑team planning, backlog prioritization, and program governance; communicate trade‑offs and timelines crisply at all levels.
What you’ll need Must‑have
  • 7–10+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), with experience shipping customer experiences at scale and leading multi‑squad programs end‑to‑end.
  • Demonstrated success scaling pilots into multi‑market or nationwide programs.
  • Strong discovery and delivery craft: user research, journey mapping, PRDs, acceptance criteria, launch readiness.
  • Technical fluency: APIs/services, data pipelines/dashboards (e.g., SQL/analytics tools), mobile/web UX patterns, and geospatial basics.
  • Analytical decision‑making with comfort in experimentation design, forecasting, and unit economics.
  • Excellent collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business partners.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Background in last‑mile logistics, autonomy/robotics, marketplaces, or geospatial services.
  • Experience with routing/dispatch optimization or real‑time event systems.
  • Track record building partner ecosystems and standardized integrations.
Success looks like
  • Customer: High awareness and adoption in eligible areas, strong conversion and repeat usage, improved delivery promise accuracy, reduced exceptions.
  • Program scale: Faster time‑to‑launch per market, consistent playbook adherence, healthy throughput and cycle time, streamlined partner onboarding.
  • Business: Attractive cost‑to‑serve and utilization, efficient capex/opex phasing, positive margin contribution at scale.
  • Team: Clear OKRs, predictable execution, and durable alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business.
How you’ll work
  • Lead multiple cross‑functional squads; establish a steady cadence of planning, demos, and business reviews.
  • Hybrid work with regular onsite time at pilot and scale locations; travel as needed to support launches and field learning.
