Legal Consultant - Financial Services

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within Financial Services to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Legal professional with 3-10(+) years PQE with a focus in financial services, regulatory compliance, and payments.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp; </strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations, support licensing and regulatory engagement</li> <li>Handle regulatory queries and provide legal advice on Singapore financial regulations including MAS guidelines, SFA, etc.</li> <li>Draft and review legal documentation including policies, contracts, disclosures</li> <li>Partner with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to embed regulatory requirements into business operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>C</strong><strong>ompensation, Benefits &amp; Location:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
