Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer - Financial Services

<p>We are currently seeking an Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer to provide mid to long term support to our financial service client: </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and coordinating with investors</li> <li>Support funds and simple investment transactions, including related documentation and operational tasks</li> <li>Handle some NDAs, confidential agreements, and other legal/transaction documents (from templates), including tracking and filing</li> <li>Perform basic company secretarial work, such as simple share transfer forms and straightforward board resolutions  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree holder with legal related background</li> <li>0-3 years of work experience; applicants who are new to workforce are also welcome</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills</li> <li>Awareness in handling confidential information; comfortable working on large amount of administrative tasks</li> <li>Fluent English and able to read and write Chinese.
