Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads Operators in daily execution of standard work for Safety Quality Delivery and Cost
• Complete hourly team pay roll, discipline, and performance reviews
• Executes production according to the production schedule, pitch attainment, etc.
• Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute daily operations
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers to make priority calls and drive the cell forward in problem solving

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain discipline

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC site

Pay Transparency

The starting base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - 109,200.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on June 12, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
