A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.<p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><p><span>We're looking for Country CFO who will be responsible of all Financial, Accounting and Controlling activities and processes in order to ensure the correct Financial sustainability of the subsidiary and a buy-law diligence on Statutory reporting, Tax liabilities and declarations apart the mandatory Group reporting activities.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team;</span></li><li><span>Provide strategic recommendations to the Group CFO;</span></li><li><span>Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, preparation and overseeing of all financial reportings respecting directions and timing given by European HQ;</span></li><li><span>Advis on long-term business and financial planning;</span></li><li><span>Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders;</span></li><li><span>Ensure all tax/fiscal local requirements aligned with regulations;</span></li><li><span>Ensure the timely and correctness of the statutory financial statements;</span></li><li><span>Liaise with legal external partners and HQ structure for Commercial and Administrative legal matters/cases;</span></li><li><span>Prepare to BoD regular and mandatory reporting;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with HR and IT management HQ in case there is no dedicated structure in the Country;</span></li><li><span>Manage the team in order to fulfill all above descripted responsibilities;</span></li><li><span>HR administration duties;</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you need to succeed</b></p><p><span><b>Education:</b> University degree in economics + master MBA preferred</span></p><p><span><b>Professional Experience:</b> 5+ experience in same role preferred</span></p><p><span><b>Languages:</b> Greek + English</span></p><p><span><b>Preferred qualifications &amp; soft skills:</b> Managerial skills, motivator, capable to work under stress, hands-on attitude</span></p><p><span><b>Other:</b> SAP knowledge preferred, proficient at MS office</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.</span></p>
