Job Summary

To facilitate system monitoring and troubleshooting to address customer complaints in VAS (Value-Added Services).

Job Description:

• Act as a system operation engineer specializing in VAS (Value-Added Services).
• Implement and maintain systems dedicated to VAS operations.
• Address performance faults and conduct initial troubleshooting as necessary.
• Monitor network and service performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform system monitoring and troubleshoot to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Provide support to the NOC (Network Operations Center), serving as the first-tier team available 24/7 during on-call periods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in the Computer or Telecommunication industry.
• Proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems, with mandatory experience in MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Shell Scripting is preferred, and knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Willingness and ability to work standby.
