Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing team. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting on a wide range of positions with a focus on Technical / Software oriented positions ensuring a positive hiring manager and candidate experience. We are seeking mission driven and career minded recruiting professionals who have previous experience working as a business partner to the organizations they have supported and have a passion for identifying, engaging and hiring highly qualified candidates through innovative recruiting strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates full-life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying and interviewing while fostering excellent candidate and hiring manager relationships.
  • Provides guidance to Hiring Managers and maintains excellent customer service throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Extends and negotiates offers and continues to work with candidates through pre-employment and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Develops successful passive candidate sourcing strategies by partnering with Business Unit Leadership, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leadership to identify and engage qualified and hirable candidates.
  • Takes a proactive approach in partnering with business unit leadership to understand upcoming talent needs.
  • Proactively sources passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, industry associations, ZoomInfo, networking, employee referrals and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Updates and maintains the applicant tracking system (Workable) to reflect accurate candidate and position statuses.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Leadership to Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and enhancements.
  • Serves as the communication liaison for the candidate and hiring manager throughout the recruitment process providing timely feedback to all parties.
  • Maintains awareness of hiring trends related to the Energy Efficiency industry on local and national levels.
  • Maintains standard recruiting reporting metrics.
  • Leads special projects and events including but not limited to career fairs, information sessions, trainings, networking events, and other events and projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in Software & IT. Preferably with experience recruiting Software Engineers and Developers with Java, Java Script, Salesforce, Angular, PHP and Relational Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQLServer. Familiarity with technology covering cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google cloud.
  • Proven passive candidate sourcing experience attracting top quality candidates through the use of advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Has an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter Certification (AIRS CDR) or the ability to obtain the AIRS CDR Certification is required.
  • A proven track record for filling open requisitions in a timely matter to meet business needs and goals.
  • Proficient with using a full-service applicant tracking system, Previous experience with Workable preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (especially Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, hiring managers and the Human Resources team.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Preferred:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial organization, business or related field of study is preferred.
  • Previous DE&I recruiting experience and/or training preferred.
  • Previous recruitment experience in energy, utilities or an energy efficiency related field is preferred.
