<p><b>Title:</b></p>LCV APS-2 Germany: Sr. Logistics Manager<p></p><p></p><p><b><i>Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! </i></b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p></p><p>As a <b>Senior Logistics Manager</b>, you will provide leadership by directing the efforts of management personnel or staff involved in providing a variety of support.</p><p></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned departments or functions.</p></li><li><p>Provide operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner and provides reports to executive leadership as required.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the awareness and employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures throughout the assigned organization.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company leadership.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Site Management teams to execute project objectives and complete data gathering, tracking and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement performance standards and internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications </b>(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)</p><ul><li><p><b>Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI.</b></p></li><li><p>Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience in logistics management.</p></li><li><p>Must have at least 5 years overseas deployment experience in a logistics management capacity.</p></li><li><p>Must have team building skills.</p></li><li><p>Must possess general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations. </p></li><li><p>Requires strong organizational abilities.</p></li><li><p>Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Requires excellent attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense’s for both scheduled Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and unscheduled reports/tasks.</p></li><li><p>Must have the ability to form a vision for the future and strategize solutions to reach the desired end- state.</p></li><li><p>Must have excellent planning skills that enable you to establish goals and determine the most effect method to meet objectives.</p></li><li><p>Must be a strategic manager who can identify inefficiencies and make improvements quickly.</p></li><li><p>Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications </b>(Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)</p><ul><li><p>A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>KBR Benefits </b></p><p>KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include medical, dental, life insurance, AD&amp;D, R&amp;R, an Employee Support Program and more.
