As a contributor within their practice, this consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solutions to a project team. Supports the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

You will help with enhancements to Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM products to meet very sophisticated customer needs. Exercise creativity and independent judgment in to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Partners with fantastic consulting teams on meaningful projects; works on significant and unique issues. Enables business development efforts by providing domain support and expertise. Helps to solve sometimes challenging customer-critical issues. Supports the customer process direction and decisions by providing configuration support across various industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Understanding Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM functionality and capabilities to support the teams to design and develop applications along with assisting with quarterly update testing and new feature evaluation.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM (including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT and SIT and system configuration)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to travel as needed; up to 60-70% of the time.

US: Hiring Range: from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
