BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN - Supervisor. This office provides best in class care to Pediatric & Adult clients.

As a RN Supervisor your day may look like this!

1. Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
2. Visit our Adult & Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Nassau County. 
3. Develop the Adult & Pediatric care plan and oversee its execution.
4. Supervise nursing staff in the field.
5. Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
6. Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
2. Home care experience preferred
3. Trach /vent experience or an interest in learning.
4. 1+ years of Supervisory experience highly preferred.
