ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Project Manager/Scrum Master to work with our MEDLOG IT PMO customer at Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD. This detail-oriented individual is obsessed with accuracy, and able to accept critical feedback because they are always looking to produce the highest quality outcome.

This individual will also be an imperative part of the Identity Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation team for integrating an ICAM solution into LogiCole. Specifically, we are looking for someone that can work well with a cross-functional team to ensure the team remains accountable to the work that needs to be accomplished.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.
• Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership.
• Serve as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful program increment planning participation.
• Builds and leads high-performing teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manages team tasks and remove impediments to ensure on time and quality delivery.
• Creates and maintains schedule for the team.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems management or 7 years of experience in information technology systems development.
• At least 5 additional years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master utilizing Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities.
• Experience or knowledge of SAFe

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master and SAFe certifications

Security Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust suitability; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. 

Physical Requirements:

• Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.

• Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
