Production Team Member (Summer Help)

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with production and packaging activities.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete basic production documentation and checklists as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, or college, or recently graduated.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
