This position provides overall administration and support to the Corporate Sales Training Department. This role is responsible for the scheduling, planning & execution of sales training programs across multiple Business Units.
You Will:
- Reserve rooms & appropriate space required for scheduled training programs
- Prepare, update, copy, collate, and mail, training materials for pre-study distribution to all trainees.
- Update PowerPoint presentations as required by the Sales Training Managers.
- Coordinate lodging, ground transportation and group meals for all programs
- Maintain Training Programs Event Calendar in Outlook
- Update training meeting details on the Cvent platform
- Work onsite during all scheduled training events.
- Administer e-learning programs & surveys via Compliance Wire LMS, Articulate, and Qualtrics platforms
- Maintain and order office and training supplies with WB Mason standing orders, and special orders
- Order demo product supplies and literature as directed
- Act as a liaison between Sales Training and IT/external AV vendor to assist during webinars, training classes, product demonstrations and other meetings held in the Coopersurgical Training Center
You Should Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative function required. Three years' experience in a training or sales support/administrative role
- Experience coordinating travel, hotel and meeting planning
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerPoint presentation design and editing, and ability to use Excel spreadsheets required. Knowledge of SmartSheets & Cvent Platform a +
- Must be a team player, who is detail oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
- The sales training coordinator will move large medical device cases and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
