The mandate includes establishing and maturing the FP&amp;A function to support institutional-grade forecasting and achieving public company readiness. This director will be expected to own the development of comprehensive financial models, manage the annual budget process, and provide strategic insights into revenue drivers and cost structure. Success in this role means transforming complex brokerage economics into clear, actionable financial narratives for the Executive Team, ensuring transparency, predictability, and a "no-surprises" financial infrastructure. They will own critical decisions around financial planning processes, KPI definition, and the implementation of scalable finance technology.
