Our Vialto Partners Global Mobility Tax and Immigration team helps employers make the most of their biggest asset, their people, by aligning People, Tax and Mobility strategies with business performance. Our Irish Global Mobility Tax and Immigration team has over 60 professionals who provide expert advice and solutions to - organisations in areas including global mobility, immigration, social security and employment tax. Our clients include a wide range of organisations from around the world, from leading multinationals in the technology, pharma and financial services sectors to Irish based Plcs, as well as start-ups and growing private companies.

Job Description
What does this role offer?
Vialto Partners has a large Global Mobility Tax and Immigration network covering over 150 countries worldwide. This role offers the experience of working with international clients and contacts, collaborating to solve problems and cut through complexity to deliver tax solutions for every location in which our clients do business.
You will work on a varied portfolio of projects including developing strategies for managing an internationally mobile workforce and identifying and managing tax costs and risk. In addition to working across a range of clients and industries, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop areas of specialisation by getting involved in some of our subject matter expert teams, including Equity, Social Security, Remote Working and Business Travel.
Senior Associate
As a Vialto Partners Global Mobility Tax Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working on a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop into the management of your own portfolio.
- Embracing the digital transformation being undertaken in our business and being motivated to drive further innovation in our day-to-day business and that of our clients. Digital innovation is a key part of our Global Mobility business and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients.
- Assisting in the ongoing management of client relationships by direct day to day contact with key clients, including business development and participating in various consultancy projects.
- Working collaboratively with teams, reporting to experienced senior managers, directors and partners.
- Development of your own career. With sustained levels of growth in our Global Mobility tax practice, you will have an excellent opportunity to progress, specialise and travel as part of the role.

Qualifications
About you – Key Competencies & Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Tax consulting.
- AITI/CTA part/qualified (or an ambition to become qualified) with a strong academic record.
- Business Acumen - use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the market and utilise this information to assist your clients in making innovative business decisions.
- Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.
- Creativity - demonstrate an ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
- Ambitious – demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
