As our Director, Strategic Alliances, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

• Strategic Partnership Development: Design, implement, and communicate a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap aligned with business objectives in the identity and biometric markets. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact partnerships, with a focus on the banking, airport and airline, and retail-hospitality industries to accelerate growth and market penetration. Lead initiatives to expand into untapped and emerging markets, leveraging partnerships to drive adoption of identity solutions in critical sectors

 

• Industry Leadership & Market Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in the biometric and facial recognition sectors, particularly in financial services, travel, and retail-hospitality. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums specific to the banking, travel, and retail industries to strengthen market presence. Serve as a trusted ambassador of HID Global, building credibility and fostering trust within the identity and biometric ecosystem

 

• Performance Metrics, Reporting & Quota Management: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of partnership initiatives across diverse markets, with a direct impact on revenue generation.
