Position Overview:

This role will plan and manage strategic projects related to outreach, marketing, and growth efforts. This person will lead in strengthening regional partnerships, coordinating provider outreach and education, and enhancing community visibility of the Women’s and Children’s Center (WCC). The program manager will work closely to align the SMCS WCC’s marketing and outreach strategies with the Sutter Division and System strategic efforts.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years recent relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, marketing and/or communications preferred.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.
• Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.

Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
