Enterprise IT Monitoring and Management Specialist (Focus on Broadcom DX Operational Intelligence and Similar Technologies)

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Monitoring and Management Specialist with a primary focus on Broadcom DX Operational Intelligence (DX OI) and similar monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise IT monitoring, AI-driven insights, and operational intelligence to ensure our IT infrastructure remains optimized, resilient, and proactive. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Broadcom DX OI, but familiarity with alternative tools such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic One, and others is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Management of Monitoring Solutions:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Broadcom DX Operational Intelligence (DX OI) and other related tools (e.g., Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Datadog) to deliver seamless enterprise-wide monitoring.
• Ensure effective real-time monitoring across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services by setting up data ingestion, dashboards, and alerting systems for immediate insights.

Cross-Platform Integration:

• Integrate DX OI with other monitoring tools, such as New Relic One, IBM Instana, and SolarWinds AppOptics, to ensure unified visibility across multi-cloud and hybrid IT environments.
• Establish and maintain data pipelines for centralized log, event, and metric data aggregation, enabling comprehensive monitoring and root-cause analysis.

AI-Driven Insights and Automation:

• Leverage AI-driven capabilities in DX OI and similar tools to detect anomalies, predict issues, and reduce incident response time.
• Apply automation for monitoring configurations, alert tuning, and incident workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Advanced Analytics and Problem Resolution:

• Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning from DX OI, Splunk ITSI, and Datadog for root-cause analysis, risk prediction, and issue remediation.
• Collaborate with IT operations and application support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents, leveraging insights from tools like Dynatrace’s Smartscape and IBM Instana’s AI-driven diagnostics.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly review and optimize monitoring configurations across all tools, including DX OI, Elastic Observability, and Microsoft Azure Monitor, to enhance performance, alert accuracy, and relevance.
• Evaluate new features, industry trends, and emerging capabilities across monitoring solutions to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of IT monitoring technology.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring configurations, incident response workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Train IT operations and support teams on effective use of monitoring tools, focusing on DX OI and key alternatives, to foster a proactive, data-driven culture.
