Salary: $140,000 - $250,000 wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on years of relevant professional experience, skillset, education/certification and geographical location.

AttainX Inc. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of communications, engagement and brand initiatives for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) This individual will oversee O&E personnel, drive campaign ideation and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital engagement, public relations and high-visibility government communications.
Required: Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations (PR), marketing, outreach and engagement (O&E) or related field.
- 8+ years in managing government, corporate or marketing communications including stakeholder management and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- 5+ years in O&E leadership in brand and content development, PR, strategic planning and web/social media operations.
- Experience providing support for large Department of Defense (DoD) contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.
Desired/Preferred: Qualifications and Education:
- 5+ years of experience with web content management system (CMS), UI/UX testing and curation and ad campaign management.
- 5+ years of experience developing targeted campaigns for a user base of one million or greater.
- Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DA WIA) Level III Program Management.
