What you'll do:
- Provide leadership in structuring effective & innovative search strategies, which drive optimal campaign performance
- Work independently and proficiently out of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with the ability the teach junior members
- Drive recommendations within clients’ organization, developing and articulating clear business cases
- Manage a team of SEM Managers and Analysts in executing search media campaigns
- Apply your knowledge of Pharmaceutical specific paid search campaigns to drive ROIs and efficiencies
What we're looking for:
- 5-8 years experience in Paid Search Strategy and Execution
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Ads
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical vertical; either with a large agency, or working directly with the brand
- Adept at managing and mentoring a team, preferably in an agency environment
