Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As Product Operations Manager – Footwear, you provide operational leadership in the execution of Arc’teryx footwear strategy. You enable the cross functional product teams by driving efficient operations through project calendars, and process, to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. In partnership with all product teams, you provide oversight to optimize a high performing cross-functional processes. This role is based out of our Portland office and is expected to be performed on location for minimum of three days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. If you were a Product Operations Manager - Footwear today, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Leading the execution of the Footwear design vision through the go-to-market (GTM) calendar, expectations, goals and deliverables.
- Ensuring the teams hold a holistic view of the business and understand the impacts of all decisions.
- Providing oversight and support to all Footwear related deliverables within the Inline Calendar.
- Supporting the Product Operations Director and the Footwear team leaders in evolution of the Go-To-Market calendar.
- Managing unique cross-functional business projects that support the goals of Arc’teryx Footwear.
- Ensuring all seasonal calendars are kept up to date in the system and that deliverables and ownership are clear.
- Creating and maintaining visual assets of the process that communicate upcoming milestones and stage gates.
- Collaborating with leadership and supporting to identify areas of process improvement, business calendar and team requirements
- Championing a culture of continuous change, improvement, and growth across all cross-functional teams that touch our footwear business
- Driving clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with all product team leads to ensure they have the necessary resources according to project requirements, balancing seasonal and concept deliverables in close alignment with Development, Design, Merch and Sourcing.
- Creating and maintaining reporting on Footwear GTM KPIs
- Working with the Product Systems and Data teams to ensure seamless delivery of data throughout multiple systems.
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Supporting the direction of the Technology roadmap as it relates to the footwear business and process; including ongoing IT integration platforms
Are you our next Product Operations Manager, Footwear?
- You have 5+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operations, product management, etc.) in the apparel or footwear industry
- You have proven leadership, mentorship and project management skills
- You demonstrate initiative, agility and commitment
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
- You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
- You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
- You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences
- You are detailed and accuracy oriented with strong organizational skills
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
