Jr. Product Analyst

Description

Reporting directly to the Product Owner, Clinical Field Technology, the Junior PA plays an important role in supporting the product roadmap for CFT applications and maintaining test and production databases for Clinicians and Revenue Cycle Management personnel. This position requires a quick study with a strong work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is critical to our success. Key responsibilities will include:

New Business Support

o Onboarding new facilities and Clinicians, including gathering all critical data and

updating Fastcare, Brightree, Salesforce and other relevant platforms.

o Training new Clinicians in the use of Fastcare, Brightree, Salesforce and other platforms.

o Providing critical business support in diagnosing and correcting order or shipping errors;

interfacing directly with Gentell Direct Delivery Associates for mobile delivery and

facility issues; and triaging technology issues between platforms.

Competitive Analysis

o Ensuring our proprietary platform continues to be seen as a value-added platform that

improves outcomes for patients.

o Adopt new features of other HCP apps like Derma Link Online.

o Assist the Product Owner in evaluating AI capabilities for future releases.

o Assist in maintaining and updating the Product Roadmap for Fastcare and CRM.

Voice of the Client

o Define and lead the development of features based on feedback from Clinicians and

HCPs at supported homes.

Quality Management

o Develop a test framework that ensures defects are identified and remediated early in

the process.

o Maintain a secure, Cloud-based environment that protects Gentell and our treated

residents.

Qualifications:

•  Clear understanding of Gentell’s processes, Fastcare order entry; Revenue Cycle Management order intake; and Customer Relationship Management.
•  Proven people skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence others.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues efficiently.
•  Proficient in computer systems, including advanced knowledge of medical billing software applications.
