Job Description

                                         

 

Job Title:                                       Production Operator

Reports To:                                   Group Leader

FLSA Status:                                Hourly Non-exempt

 

Summary: Controls operation of single or multiple production machines for manufacturing products.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

 

1. Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following blue prints or diagrams.
2. Operates hand or power tools, or production equipment.
3. Constant awareness of OE customer product requirements to ensure high quality products are consistently produced and shipped. 
4. Rotate within department as required.
5. Other duties may be assigned.
