What Drives Success

The individual in this role will perform simple repairs & predictive/preventative maintenance to facilities infrastructure, support equipment & test fixtures that are unique to a research & development facility.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering, and plumbing.
• Repairs or replace defective Facilities & Test Room/Equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
• Inspections of power transmission drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Assists others with Request Maintenance & Capital Project modifications.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Basic knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of, buildings, or other structures. Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $48,800- $64,050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
