This ranks us as one of the top Salesforce consulting companies in the market today.  </p><p>We are a team of highly trained experts that are passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals within that ecosystem.  We help them achieve these goals by  providing a wide range of services such as development, implementation, integration, customization, maintenance, and support.<br/> <br/> With <strong>25 </strong>years in the market, 16 offices across 12 countries and over 2,000 successful projects deployed we have learned how to create a dynamic and fun working environment all while constantly investing in our teams by providing them professional development and career growth opportunities</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><br/> As a Senior Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using Tableau, developing models or prototypes for our data visualization projects and daily tasks such as performing analyses on client data, simplifying data problems, testing new algorithms, writing up results to share with stakeholders, etc. You will expand your knowledge in areas of Tableau, Tableau CRM, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and Data Cloud.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Tableau, Tableau CRM, CRM Analytics</li><li>Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards</li><li>Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design</li><li>Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems</li><li>Developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues</li><li>Finding key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth</li><li>Presenting results to stakeholders and making adjustments based on the feedback</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards &amp; analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture</li><li>Experience in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design</li><li>Experience using Salesforce and CRM Analytics (preferably)</li><li>Understanding of essential data structures including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, and beyond</li><li>Competency in Excel</li><li>Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
