To successfully manage this task and to further strengthen our support for our business units we are looking for a (Senior) Controller.</span></p> <p><span>As a (Senior) Controller you will be an active member of the team supporting the full range of controlling tasks that need to be covered by the team</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>EXPECTATIONS AND TASK</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span><strong><span>Financial Management &amp; Compliance:</span></strong><span> Lead forecasting, budgeting, and cost allocation processes, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and fostering transparency.</span></span></li> <li><span><strong><span>Business Partnership &amp; Insights:</span></strong><span> Build and maintain robust partnerships with senior leadership, providing comprehensive financial analysis, key insights, and actionable recommendations to meet financial targets and mitigate risks.</span></span></li> <li><span><strong><span>Process Improvement &amp; Projects:</span></strong><span> Champion process simplification, automation, and the integration of agile methodologies within the Controlling function, focusing on Engineering and Support business areas.</span></span></li> <li><span><strong><span>Strategic Support:</span></strong><span> Develop and validate strategic and operational business cases, supporting transformational initiatives and ensuring these align with organizational priorities</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIE</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span><strong><span>Work Experience:</span></strong><span> Proven experience of 5 or more years in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Business Management, or a related role within a global company.</span></span></li> <li><span><strong><span>Degree:</span></strong><span> Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
