What’s Under the Hood
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as a Project Manager you will manage the overall planning, coordination, execution, control and completion of the assigned project.
In long, our Project Managers are responsible for:
- Engaging with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Formulate, document, organize, and monitor inter-connected efforts and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-project / effort activities, communication and updates
- Develop work effort, strategic initiative and program level timelines and deadlines
- Works as central point of escalation for issues and dependencies between various work efforts and strategic initiatives
- Ensure each work effort and strategic initiative follows proper lifecycle steps
- Provide clarity, transparency, and visibility into the progress, risks, and issues related to work efforts and strategic initiatives
- Identify resource needs and allocations to the various work efforts and strategic initiatives to feed back into resource demand management process

The Specifics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3-5 years of operational project management experience
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Project Management tools experience such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Clickup, etc.
- Financial services experience preferred

- PMP certification
