Summary
You’ll be part of DSV’s fast‑moving Time Critical team, handling shipments where every minute counts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high‑pressure environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and wants to be at the center of our most urgent logistics operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be part of an elite global team supporting DSV with time sensitive solutions
- Own the full operational cycle of time‑critical shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments in real time, reacting quickly to any service risks.
- Work closely with carriers, drivers, and global DSV offices to secure the fastest and most reliable solutions.
- Keep customers informed with accurate, timely updates.
- Ensure all documentation is correct and compliant.
- Support 24/7 operations through rotating shifts or on‑call coverage.
- Help improve processes and strengthen the Time Critical product.
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding (preferred but not required).
- Clear communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
- Team spirit
Language skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)

For this position, the expected base pay is: $69,000 - $81,000 / Annual. This position can be located at any of our DSV locations in Itasca, Iselin, Boston or Atlanta. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.
