Responsible for leading and supporting organizational change initiatives to maximize teammate adoption. This role will partner closely with the Teammate Enablement team to land change successfully through innovative communications, training, and more.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Leads and influences cross functional teams to effectively deliver project objectives including a successful communication and training plan.
2. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that support project implementation and organizational transformation.
3. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
4. Create communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
5. In partnership with Teammate enablement, design training programs and materials to support change initiatives.
6. Collaborate with project managers, and key stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
8. Provide coaching and support to leaders to help them guide their teams through change.
9. Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
10. Will serve as an individual contributor with ownership of multiple complex change initiatives and lead by influence
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. 10 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
3. Advanced understanding of project management framework and demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
4. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies
5. Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
6. Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
7. Sound working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability
