About the role
The Production Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to plant operations, specifically the Shipping department. This candidate will be primarily responsible for assignments within the Shipping department as well as other tasks that will support other departments within the plant operations.
Additional Information:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Ordering all production and office supplies. Tracking receipts of these supplies.
- Organizes and files manufacturing Pick Slips, raw materials BOL’s and Packing slips.
- Responsible for outbound ground shipments for outside vendors/carriers.
- Enters dry raw material receiving in QAD and production supply receipts in Oracle
- Assist Shipping Department with closing sales orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
- Must have two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience
