Impact As the Director, Strategic Opportunities & Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for the highest impact projects facing FalconX. You will serve as a key liaison between our teams and each of the functional leaders for these groups. In addition, you will own projects from beginning to end, working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Markets, Operations, Revenue and People to deliver mission-critical results. This is a unique opportunity to join in a high visibility, high-impact role working directly with the executive management. - Program & Project Management - valuable connector, bridging gaps and facilitating communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep programs on target.
- Leadership: Be the “voice” of our CEO and leadership, representing the requirements, objectives, and mentality when approaching our mission-critical projects
- Communicate: Efficiently provide the wider organization with transparency of priorities and timelines.
- Be Flexible: Willingness to flex to meet the needs of the organization, including the ability to context switch and support projects in different domain areas.
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or similar
- Self-starter with a track record of balancing multiple projects at once
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
- Concise, influential, and authentic communicator both verbally and in written communication
- Effective high gear operator
- Superb judgment and integrity, unparalleled confidentiality, and sophistication in all aspects of work
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Financial Services or Crypto experience a plus
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred but not required
