Course Lecturer position for MICR 450: Environmental Microbiology

Department of Natural Resource Sciences

Location: Macdonald Campus

Teaching Qualification Requirements:
 

Education: Graduate studies (completed PhD preferred) in microbiology, environmental microbiology, or a related field.

Experience: Expertise in some or all of the following: environmental microbiology, molecular microbial ecology, microbial environmental genomics /metagenomics, bioinformatics.  Prior teaching experience is an asset.

Other information: Note: The McGill exam sessions take place over two weeks after the end of classes, and Course Lecturers are expected to be available on the day of a scheduled final exam and are required to grade final exams as part of their contract.
