Chief of Staff & Executive Partner

The Chief of Staff & Executive Partner is a uniquely trusted, hybrid leadership role that blends strategic execution, organizational coordination, and high-level executive support for the CEO of CaseCo and Merit Restorations. This role acts as a force-multiplier, liaison, and behind-the-scenes operator who translates vision into organized action and protects the CEO’s time for the highest-leverage work.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Operations:
Break down the CEO’s strategic vision into executable priorities across teams; track progress on business goals, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Time & Priority Management:
Control and curate the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and briefings. Evaluate meeting requests, prep agendas, and ensure each interaction has a purpose and output.
- Meeting & Communication Architecture:
Design and run exec meetings, field reviews, and board updates. Handle prep, documentation, and follow-up.
- Project & Initiative Leadership:
Lead or support strategic projects including partnerships, M&A, and system/process upgrades.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as liaison to clients, lenders, vendors, and executive team. Pre-read, synthesize, and follow up on behalf of the CEO.
- Internal Messaging & Brand:
Draft communications that reflect CEO tone and reinforce company values.
- Executive Administrative Support:
Manage calendar, inbox, travel logistics. Anticipate needs and execute seamlessly.
- Leadership Support & Culture Stewardship:
Support the CEO as a strategic thought partner, reinforcing leadership accountability and cultural alignment.
Requirements
Experience
7–12 years in operations, consulting, strategy, CoS, or EA roles, ideally within construction or entrepreneurial environments.
Experience managing complex initiatives and internal operations.
Comfortable in both field and office environments.
Skills & Tools
Strong business acumen with financial literacy (WIP, backlog, job costing).
Expert in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace; exposure to Procore/Buildertrend a plus.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Education
Bachelor’s required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
