As a Technical Program Manager on the Cloud Interconnection & Acquisitions (CI&A) Team you will contribute to building a world-class network infrastructure by working at a Program Management level with Metro Dark Fiber, Long-Haul Fiber, subsea, and Lit Wave sourcing and delivery teams.

As a Technical Program Manager in CO+I, you will perform a key role in supporting the delivery of the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. - This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
- Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
- This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
- Leads teams to partner with others including CI&A, Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition (IPA) and Azure, building detailed project plans, ensuring proper resource alignment, tracking of critical path tasks and projects and ensuring communications across all team as well as providing Executive level status reporting
- Collaborates and coordinates across organizations to ensure alignment on work activities including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible.
- Works with others to establish and monitor processes and helps hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule and processes. Helps track and manage dependencies to enable cohesive, connected user scenarios, and to identify potential risk areas and escalate appropriately. Makes adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.
- Leads teams to partner across the organization to capture performance metric requirements (e.g., Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] such as usage, quality, speed, and cost), to build out dashboards and reports
- Ensure risks are captured, communicated, documented and remediate as appropriate.

- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program
