The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $96,700 - $169,100 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The position of Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a key role in the Veralto’s corporate finance function. This individual contributor position will work closely with the Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A, the Vice President, Investor Relations, and other senior leaders across the corporate headquarter functions. Responsibilities include oversight of forecasts, financial analysis, financial consolidation, budgeting, and management reporting. In addition, the position will support the Investor Relations function, tracking investor activity, developing and maintaining consensus financial models, financial benchmarking / competitive analysis activity, and supporting the quarterly earnings process.
This position is part of the Veralto Corporate Finance department located in Waltham, MA and will be primarily in-office / hybrid.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Strong business planning, quantitative analysis, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Experience with financial modeling, a strong ability to synthesize data from different sources into actionable information and experience with variance analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Financial Consolidation systems (like OneStream), ERP, and analytical tools (like Alteryx, Power Bland/or Tableau) is highly preferred. Experience with FactSet / Capital IQ platforms is a plus
