This role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.<br/>  </p> <p><b>Your key responsibilities</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Assess together with the PE ops Strategy &amp; integration VP, and regional manufacturing heads major opportunities for throughput improvement to optimize business planning process efficiency. </li> <li>Supervise and monitor the progress of all the projects within manufacturing network.</li> <li>Lead the governance and framework of divisional and LT meetings/Workshops</li> <li>Enable internal interconnection between PE Ops strategy team members and other internal members (Manufacturing, Cx, others …)</li> <li>Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project kickoff meetings, define roles and responsibilities, and manage the day-to-day operations of the project.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, provide updates on project progress, and manage any changes to project scope or objectives.</li> <li>Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the project budget, track expenses, and ensure that the project stays within financial limits.
