Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Base salary starts at $38.95/hr.

 

E S S E N T I A L  F U N C T I O N S

•  Performs echocardiograms/stress echocardiograms
•  Provides verbal reports to cardiologists and other providers.
•  Other duties as assigned.

 

E D U C A T I O N 

• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound program or equivalent required.

 

E X P E R I E N C E 

•  One (1) year hospital experience preferred.
•  Registered ARDMS or CCI
•  Experience in general diagnostic ultrasound preferred.

 

 C R E D E N T I A L S 

• Must be ARDMS registered or obtain within one year of hire.
• Will cross-train in Echo/Stress Echo.
• Will cross-train in non-invasive vascular exams.
• Must be BLS certified within 60 days of hire and must maintain certification throughout employment with IMH.
