<p>Fully support and drive Europe objectives, namely to accelerate growth of the business conducted via its own eCom channels through:</p> <ul> <li>Executing and Optimizing Paid Search operational activities to establish the adidas e-Shop as the online destinations of choice.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="2"> <li>Role &amp; Responsibilities</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Provide input into the Paid Search strategy.</li> <li>Plan, manage and execute Paid Search campaigns, which includes text and shopping, to meet KPI goals.</li> <li>Oversee and carry out scheduled and ad hoc tasks in order to help drive top &amp; bottom-line growth of our Paid Search program to achieve sales, ROI and contribution goals.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to create synergies and explore &amp; exploit opportunities.</li> <li>Drive and implement testing on Paid Search activity to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.</li> <li>Support with training &amp; mentoring junior team members.</li> <li>Monitor Paid Search trends, best practices and techniques and understand the potential benefit of new features in the industry where possible.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="3"> <li> Key Relationships</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ul> <li>EU team Amsterdam / HZO</li> <li>eCom COE team (global)</li> <li>External agencies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="4"> <li>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: </li> </ol> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with minimum 1 year Paid Search experience. (agency or client side).</li> <li>Working knowledge of Google Ads and SA360 is required; Adobe Analytics knowledge would be beneficial.</li> <li>Experience in planning large budgets split across multiple markets, engines and campaigns.</li> <li>Understanding of attribution modelling is valuable.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.</li> <li>Strong communication skills: written &amp; oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships.</li> <li>High attention to detail; strong analytical skills and excellent organizational &amp; planning abilities.</li> <li>Proficient in written &amp; spoken English, an additional European language is beneficial.</li> </ul>
