Job Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Supply Chain Finance/Cost Accounting team, your primary responsibility will be providing Accounting, FP&A and Business Partnering support on product cost.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing standard cost trends and drivers and setting up and standard cost in ERP system.
- Providing business partnering to Direct procurement teams, including contract reviews, ROI analysis on strategic buys, and Cash forecast.
- Perform monthly close activities: Preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, compiling workpapers analysis and ensuring the general ledger is accurate for your areas of responsibility as well as supporting Internal SOX and external audits
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a proper understanding of the product level costs
- Understand Oracle ERP system processes related to Supply Chain, Costing, Inventory, and other related processes
- Respond to any queries regarding costing process for Configured to Order (CTO) products and resolving any product costs rollup issues
- Support Quote to Collect (QTC) Testing of new products as it relates to Costing
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in systems skills-Intermediate MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets: x-lookup, sumif, pivot tables, etc)
- Good understanding of Manufacturing operations and accounting
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP system such as Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate large data sets
- Ability to take ownership of tasks while handling competing priorities
- Relationship builder - Ability to cultivate strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with team members and business partners. Business acumen
- Strong enthusiasm for implementing systems and processes
Education:
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $135K - $189K and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
